It is always pleasure working with Shawn (fayyaz) Shariff. My family started working with him last year & he got us 4 townhomes for investment purposes. It is perfect, the prices were below market value & we are getting around 11% returns. We also purchased an apartment complex through him & after finalizing the deal he still saved us additional $100k at closing. Lastly we bought a residential property for us to live few months ago & we are still buying more through him. It is pleasure to have him on our side.
